Almost 10 years ago I stepped into my first Zumba class and fell in love with it as soon as the music started. I got my first Zumba license in 2011 while living in Mississippi. Once I moved back to Ohio, I obtained Zumba Gold and Zumba Toning licenses. In 2016, I took my first Aqua Zumba class and was instantly hooked. I soon joined the Premier at Sawmill Aquatics team teaching Aqua Zumba. Come check out a class and leave your worries at the door. The Aqua Zumba cardio pool party is waiting for you!

    • Cyndy Decker

      Water Fitness Instructor

I grew up in Western Ohio and spent most summer week-ends on a family house-boat on Lake Erie near Port Clinton. There I learned to swim, water ski and fish. At Ohio State, I received a degree in Consumer Science Education and taught for 32 years in the Hilliard School system. I have been member at Premiere Athletic Club at Sawmill for 21 years. In 2013 I got my AEA certification so that I could teach Water Aerobics and Hydro-bike at the club. I try to keep a good balance in my retirement life between health, service and intellectual outlets. Water aerobics has definitely helped with the health of my back and weight control.
