    • This workout features a series of movements that strengthen your entire body. Your own body weight is used as resistance to focus on alignment, posture, balance, and overall strength. You will feel the burn as you isolate every muscle of your body.

  • Body Pump
    • Bodypump is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. Great music, challenging exercises, and your choice of weight inspires you to get the results you came for and fast!

  • Body Pump Express
    • A 30-minute version of the barbell workout.

  • Body Pump Interval
    • The same great barbell workout with an added cardio bonus!

  • Cardio Blast
    • Cardio Circuit consists of aerobic drills that are suited for all fitness levels.

  • Double Step
    • Double Step is the ultimate step class where participants use two benches to get the workout done! This advanced class is for those who truly LOVE to step!

  • Hard Core
    •  Are you ready to have those six-pack abs? If so, this is the class for you! Hard Core focuses on getting back to the “core” of the matter. This intense workout not only works on your stomach, but all the muscles that support the core of your body. Hard Core & More will also include upper body work.

  • Heavy Bag Boxing
    • A 30-minute total body workout with the heavy boxing bag. Must have boxing gloves to participate.

  • Intermediate Step
    • A class designed for those with basic stepping skills, but not ready for advanced choreography.

  • Jumpboard
    • Combines progressive plyometric intervals, varying in both length and intensity, with muscular strength and endurance move on the vertical mini trampoline. The routine features non-traditional Pilates exercise that use the incredible diversity of the reformer to effectively strengthen and tone your body. This is a fee based class.

  • Kickboxing
    • Easy to follow kickboxing moves with a major focus on the core that packs a powerful punch! Great music makes it a workout party! Kickboxing has a quick leg and abdominal section at the end of the workout.

  • Pilates Inferno
    • An intense full body workout designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and improve overall health. This method combines low impact HITT training with Pilates principles. Pilates Inferno is performed on a yoga mat, making it zero impact, so it gives the body big results with none of the pounding and pressure to the joints and muscles.

  • Reformer
    • Pilates Reformer is a great way to challenge and nurture the body with great attention to your alignment. With a maximum of 4 participants, you will be guaranteed to get great personal attention within a small group setting. The Reformer will challenge your body in the areas it is strong and help support the areas that need a little TLC! There is a fee for this 60-minute class.

  • Spinning
    • The ultimate in cardio group fitness training! Spinning is an indoor cycling workout designed to burn calories and improve your cardiovascular fitness while listening to upbeat music. Whether beginner or skilled athlete, participants can tailor the workout to best suit their individual fitness levels.

  • Strength Express
    • 30-minute weights only workout. Work your body from head-to-toe using dumbbells, bands, bonus, balls, or just your body weight. Different every class to keep your body guessing.

  • Strength Interval
    • This high energy class will leave you feeling like you did it all! You will combine cardio and strength for a great interval workout. This class which uses dumbbells, tubing, balls, and body bars is one that can be beneficial and modified for all fitness levels.

  • Tabata
    • This high energy strength and cardio workout follows a format of 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest. It is a very fast paced workout that will torch calories. Both low and high impact options are shown. 15 minutes of core will end your workout.

  • TPI
    • Titleist Performance Institute is the world's largest leading educational organization dedicated to the study of how the human body functions in relation to the golf swing.

  • TRX
    • A total body workout that builds strength, balance, endurance, flexibility, and core stability using the TRX trainer.

  • Yoga Strength
    • A yoga flow workout that will challenge your balance and strength.

  • Yoga Stretch
    • A yoga workout that will challenge your balance and strength by focusing on stretching.

  • Yoga Strong
    • Challenging Yoga flow workout incorporating strength, balance, and core. This contemporary style yoga utilizes current music and short cardio intervals that will push you past your limits.

  • Yoga Zen
    • Linking movement with breath enhances the health benefits of each pose, achieving greater muscular strength and tone, increased flexibility, and improved circulation. This style of yoga will help participants to release physical and mental tension and achieve a deeper connection of mind and body that lies within.
