This class is with Lisa. A basic strength and conditioning class. It is low impact and moderate intensity. Participants will be shown modifications for movements to accommodate various fitness levels and restrictions. Come expecting to improve your overall fitness!

This class is with Teresa. Are you ready to have those six-pack abs? If so, this is the class for you! Hard Core focuses on getting back to the “core” of the matter. This intense workout not only works on your stomach, but all the muscles that support the core of your body. Hard Core & More will also include upper body work.

This class is with Janine. A Total body workout that builds strength, balance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and core stability using the TRX Trainer. This is a fee based class.
