This class is with Angie. Cardio Circuit consists of aerobic drills that are suited for all fitness levels. This class also includes strength exercises using dumbbells, tubing bands, and body bars.

This class is with Emily The ultimate in cardio group fitness training! Spinning is an indoor cycling workout designed to burn calories and improve your cardiovascular fitness while listening to upbeat music. Whether beginner or skilled athlete, participants can tailor the workout to best suit their individual fitness levels.

This class is with Lisa. A basic strength and conditioning class. It is low impact and moderate intensity. Participants will be shown modifications for movements to accommodate various fitness levels and restrictions. Come expecting to improve your overall fitness!
  
 8:45 AM-9:30 AM  8:45 AM Tabata & Core
This class is with Janine L. This high energy strength and cardio workout follows a format of 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest. It is a very fast paced workout that will torch calories. Both low and high impact options are shown. 15 minutes of core will end your workout.
  
 9:00 AM-9:30 AM  9:00 AM Heavy Bag Boxing
This class is with Jen S. This workout features a series of movements that strengthen the entire body. Your own body weight is used as resistance to focus on alignment, posture, balance and overall strength. You will feel the burn as you isolate every muscle of your body.

This class is with Janine. Body Pump is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body and is both challenging and fun! Great music, challenging exercises and your choice of weight inspires you to get the results you came for and fast! Sign-ups are taken at the front desk, or online, one week in advance of the scheduled class time.

This class is with Caroline F. and $10.00 per class. Inferno Pilates is an intense full body workout designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve overall health. This method combines low impact HITT training with Pilates principles. Inferno Pilates is performed on a yoga mat making it zero impact so it gives the body big results with none of the pounding and pressure to the joints and muscles.
