Are you ready to have those six-pack abs? If so, this is the class for you! Hard Core focuses on getting back to the “core” of the matter. This intense workout not only works on your stomach, but all the muscles that support the core of your body. Hard Core & More will also include upper body work.

This class is with Janine. A Total body workout that builds strength, balance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and core stability using the TRX Trainer. This is a fee based class.

This class is with Jen S. This workout is for those who truly LOVE step! Creative and innovative combinations are taught for those steppers who crave advanced choreography.

This class is with Janine L. The ultimate in cardio group fitness training! Spinning is an indoor cycling workout designed to burn calories and improve your cardiovascular fitness while listening to upbeat music. Whether beginner or skilled athlete, participants can tailor the workout to best suit their individual fitness levels. Be sure to bring your headphones!

This high energy class will leave you feeling like you did it all! You will combine cardio and strength for a great interval workout. This class, which uses dumbbells, tubing, balls, and body bars, is one that can be beneficial and modified for all fitness levels.
