Pilates Inferno is an intense full body workout designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve overall health. This method combines low impact HITT training with Pilates principles. Inferno Pilates is performed on a yoga mat making it zero impact so it gives the body big results with none of the pounding and pressure to the joints and muscles.
