Inferno Pilates: is an intense full body workout designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve overall health. This method combines low impact HITT training with Pilates principles. Inferno Pilates is performed on a yoga mat making it zero impact so it gives the body big results with none of the pounding and pressure to the joints and muscles.
