Enhance your strength, posture and flexibility.  From injury rehab to cross training, Pilates provides an invigorating path to reach your body's goals.

Pilates was created in the 1920's by Joseph Pilates.  It has continued over the years to develop with the more in-depth understanding of the human body and how it functions not only in everyday life, but while active.  Pilates is performed on the mat using the mind body connection and a specially designed series of exercises to develop core strength and flexibility of the spine and joints.  All Pilates sessions focus on training the whole body.

Private Lessons

Work one on one with a highly qualified instructor. A private lessons allows for a work out specifically designed for your bodies needs utilizing all the apparatus and mat work.

Duet Lessons

Allowing for private instruction at a more affordable rate. Grab a friend and reach your goals together! The Instructor leads you both through a challenging and feel good workout using the equipment.

Pilates Reformer Classes

Held outside the Pilates studio. A small group is lead by an instructor through a reformer workout. The reformer is a piece of equipment that provides finely tuned resistance with a series of springs and ropes. Reformer training builds strength without "bulking up", increases flexibility and agility, and develops optimal core control, creating flat abdominals, slender thighs and a strong back.

Pilates Circuit Classes

A group of 3-4 clients are lead in the Pilates Studio. They will alternate the equipment including the Jump Board, Reformer, Split Pedal Chair, and Ladder Barrel. The Circuit Class provides the opportunity to use all of the Pilates Equipment in a private setting for a fraction of the price.

All Pilates classes must be scheduled in advance with Janine or Mary.  All Pilates are fee based.
