Welcome To KID'S CLUB!

The Kid’s Club at Kinsale is a defining factor in what sets us apart from other clubs. Kinsale is most importantly a family club, and nowhere is this more evident than when you step in and experience Kid’s Club! While utilizing Kinsale’s numerous amenities, you can be confident that your child will be safe, enjoying stimulating, creative, and fun-filled experiences at Kid’s Club. Serving members 6 weeks through 12 years of age, we address the specific developmental needs of each child, including infants, toddlers, and school age children while also providing age appropriate experiences and attention. Our teachers are committed to nurturing and building strong relationships with your children whether at Kid’s Club, Kid’s Kamps, or a Kid’s Event! At Kid’s Club, we strive to personally get to know each child, as well as aid in fostering healthy relationships through group interaction, developing problem-solving and critical thinking skills through play as well as honoring sensory and motor skills through creative work. In such an environment, your children are sure to thrive, making new friends and memories each time they visit Kid’s Club! Come see us today!

Behavior

Disruptive Behavior

Kid’s Club staff will place children in time out if they are disruptive.  If the child continues to be disruptive the parents will be contacted.

Crying

We will do our best to make your children as happy as possible during their stay in Kid’s Club, but if they cry for 15 minutes, we will ask that you come pick them up.  It is our commitment to maintain a relaxing and calm environment for all children.

Restroom Procedures

Please inform a Kid’s Club attendant if your child needs to be reminded to use the restroom.  We want to encourage the process of potty training and will remind your child to use the restroom.

Food and Beverage

Snack is distributed at 10:30AM, 3:30PM and 7:30PM.  Kid’s Club snack is Chex Mix.  If your child cannot have Chex Mix, please let an attendant know while signing in your child.  Due to the safety of our children, Kid’s Club does not permit any meals into Kid’s Club either from the Grille or outside food.  Participants in Parent’s Day Off may bring a meal for their stay.  Kid’s Club is strictly a peanut free zone.

Sick policy

Kid’s Club Staff will assess each child’s health upon arrival.  The staff may use discretion in accepting a child who shows signs of illness.  If a child shows any symptoms of a cold, fever, cough, rash, diarrhea, vomiting, pink eye or severe allergies, or if symptoms occur while the child is in Kid’s Club, we will request that you remove your child.  Please inform Kid’s Club staff if your child has been exposed or in contact with any contagious conditions.  Parents must accept and respect the judgment of the staff’s decision regarding these guidelines.  These guidelines also apply to the Kid’s Club staff so that they do not infect children or other staff.  We are here to promote healthy, happy kids!

In addition to keeping our kid’s safe and healthy, please refrain from bringing outside toys to Kid’s Club.

Nursery

In consideration to the Kid’s Club Staff, please have your child changed and fed before entering Kid’s Club.  Kid’s Club will change diapers throughout your child’s stay at Kid’s Club.  If your child is upset, snacks and bottles will be administered by the Kid’s Club staff to help soothe your child.
