Your username is:
Your old member number starting with 'K' and replacing the end letter with a "0" and your family extension.
Example: Old member number 123456A, New member number K1234560-000 (000 is main, 001 is spouse, 002 is child, etc.)
Your password is:
Your last name. Example:smith (all lower case)
