How can you use your free pass? Just imagine -

Day 1: Savor a cup of gourmet coffee in the spa, drop off your toddler in the Kids Club (remember you get 2 free hours per child per day), take a cardio class, hit the steam room and the whirlpool, shower and proudly display your child's artwork from the Kids Club on the fridge when you get home.

Day 2: Lunch with the girls in the Kinsale Grille, followed by a side-by-side manicure with your best friend. Lounge in the spa for a few hours, then bask in the envy of your neighbors when you pick up your kids at the bus stop.

Day 3: Meet with a personal trainer in the morning while Dad takes a day off to play Pebble Beach with 3 friends in KInsale's golf simulator. Don't forget your group spinning class is at 6:15 and remember it's WIngs night in the Grille so it's Dad's turn to cook ;)
