We offer daily group fitness classes including all the popular favorites. Complimentary fitness testing and health and wellness educational seminars are also available. In addition, we staff degreed, nationally certified personal trainers certified through prestigious organizations such as ACE, NASM or Stott Pilates. We offer private, semi-private and small group instruction, based on specific needs and goals.

Body Pump-Bodypump is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. Great music, challenging exercises and your choice of weight inspires you to get the results you came for and fast! Sign-ups are taken at the front desk one week in advance of the scheduled class time.

Maximal Step-This workout is for those who truly LOVE step! Creative and innovative combinations are taught for those steppers who crave advanced choreography.

Strength Interval-This high energy class will leave you feeling like you did it all! You will combine cardio and strength for a great interval workout. This class which uses dumbbells, tubing, balls and body bars is one that can be beneficial and modified for all fitness levels.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga-Vinyasa Flow incorporates fluid movement with deep rhythmic breathing. Linking movement with breathing enhances the health benefits of each pose achieving greater muscular strength and tone, increased flexibility, and improved circulation. This style of yoga will help participants to release physical and mental tension and achieve a deeper connection of mind and body that lies within.

Cardio Circuit-Cardio Circuit consists of aerobic drills that are suited for all fitness levels. This class also includes strength exercises using dumbbells, tubing and body bars.

Step Interval- A challenging step/cardio interval class that will leave you breathless! This class combines intermediate step combinations with strength and cardio intervals.

Mat PIlates-Mat Pilates will focus on strength, stability and mobility of the core and spine while working on postural alignment. Participants will use the Pilates circle, flex bands and the ball to challenge the whole body!

TurboKick-Turbokick is a cardio kickboxing class that uses great music! This class will push you to work hard to achieve your fitness goals.

Double Step-Double Step is the ultimate step class where participants use two benches to get the workout done! This advanced class is for those who truly LOVE to step!

Ashtanga Yoga-Ashtanga Yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures. This process produces intense internal heat and a sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a strong body and a calm mind!

Zumba-A feel "happy" workout that is fun and easy to do. Routines feature interval training where fast and slow rhythms are combined to shape your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor, exhilarating music and international zest into the mix and you've got Zumba!
